| WHERE WILL INVESTMENTS BE MADE? |

Initially investments were made in the East Midlands however in September 2005 we invested in a London based Afrikan owned company. We will invest wherever the best opportunities arise. In 2008 we established a company in Ghana which included capital equipment and our first employee.

| HOW IS THE ABDF MANAGED? |
|
The ABDF is managed by a Board of six Directors. It has a Chair, Finance Director, Company Secretary, Membership Secretary, Property Director and Marketing Director.

| DOES THE ABDF GIVE PERSONAL LOANS? |
|
No. The ABDF is not in a position to provide personal loans or hardship grants.
